Located on the 3rd floor (with an elevator), it has everything you need for a pleasant stay: a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room, a comfortable bedroom with a queen bed, and a bathroom. The Metro Line 13 will easily access Paris' historic sites such as Basilique Saint-Denis, Stade de France and Montparnasse!

The living room features a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, and a coffee machine. The apartment also offers a washer and ironing equipment for your convenience. The bedroom has a queen bed (160x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!
