Designed with an open-plan living room/bedroom complete with high-end room amenities, this home is a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city. The double bed has complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. It also features a comfortable sofa bed, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and floor-to-ceiling windows flooding the space with natural light and access to the balcony. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM.
