Located in the 1st arrondissement, it’s a comfortable place for 2 with a double bed in the mezzanine and a sofa bed in the living area. You’ve got a kitchen with the basics, a washer for laundry, fresh towels, toiletries, and 24/7 guest support if you need anything. Just so you know: It’s on the small side, and the mezzanine is low (you can’t stand upright up there). We like to be upfront so you know exactly what to expect, and can still enjoy a comfortable, convenient stay with GuestReady Essential.

If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. L’appartement est calme, situé à proximité d’une station de métro et d’un très grand marché qui existe tous les jours sauf le lundi.
