A dining table with chairs is also provided. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a dedicated laundry area. The harmoniously designed master bedroom features a double bed, a wardrobe for your belongings, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a double bed and a wardrobe. All beds are fitted with high-quality linens for maximum comfort. Both bathrooms are equipped with all necessary amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. This is a self-check-in property, and we will require identity verification prior to entry. Check-in is available from 15:00, subject to availability and confirmation. Once the booking is confirmed, guests must fill out the guest registration form in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local Portuguese authorities. The property has a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking. If our team finds evidence of a violation of this rule (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a smoking fee of at least €200. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities applies, with a cap of €80. For the first few days, we provide essential amenities: shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing liquid, and a trash bag. Additional keys: €20 (extra pair of keys subject to availability; covers lost keys or lockout service during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen change: equivalent to the standard cleaning fee rate. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e., when the sofa bed is not included).
