Spacious 55 m² flat located on the first floor of a former mansion currently undergoing renovation, right in the city centre. Bright and comfortable, with a separate bedroom, an ideal home office space and a 20 m² terrace (accessible, currently being fitted out). The building overlooks a lively boulevard. Renovation of the façade is planned for 2026, which may cause some minor inconvenience.

Spacious and comfortable 55 m² flat, located on the 1st floor without lift. Living area You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, opening onto a dining room with a table for 4 people and a cosy dining area. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine and plenty of storage space. A large coat rack is also available in the entrance hall. The bright living room, which opens onto the kitchen, has two sofas, including a double sofa bed, an extra pouffe, a television and a Wi-Fi box. Bedroom The separate bedroom offers a comfortable double bed with quality bedding, a small dressing room with storage space and a desk, ideal for business travellers or digital nomads. Both the bedroom and living room open onto the terrace through large French windows, providing beautiful natural light. Bathroom and WC Modern bathroom with walk-in shower and laundry area (washing machine and small ironing area). Separate WC for added comfort. Terrace 20 m² outdoor terrace accessible. * Important note: The terrace is not currently equipped as a relaxation area. It is only accessible to smokers (traffic noise and area under construction). Please do not leave garden furniture or personal belongings outside due to nuisance caused by pigeons. The accommodation is located in the heart of Toulon city centre, a short walk from the Mistral bus stops (Foch/Liberté), the Q-Park Liberté car park and almost opposite the Palais de Justice. You will also be close to the Jardin Alexandre Ier, about a 5-minute walk from Place de la Liberté, and a 10-minute walk from the railway station and the port. The building is located on a lively avenue lined with shops.
