This charming, air-conditioned and bright 25 m² loft studio features high ceilings and comes with a private parking space – a rare find in the city centre. The spacious living area features a queen-size sofa bed for a comfortable night’s sleep, as well as a fully equipped kitchen: Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, two-ring hob, set of knives and a range of kitchenware (traditional oven not included). A high-quality Smart TV is available for your leisure time. You’ll also have access to a large walk-in wardrobe with hangers, an ironing board, a drying rack and a washing machine, ensuring complete self-sufficiency during your stay. A table with two chairs allows you to enjoy your meals or work in comfort. The modern and functional bathroom features a shower, a vanity unit, a ventilation system, a mirror with LED lighting, and a toilet. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift) of a small, recently built block of flats, the studio offers an intimate and pleasant setting. Toegang
The studio is easily accessible from Toulon station by bus (around 10 minutes) or by car. It is located just a 2-minute walk from the Toulon-Est motorway junction, providing quick access to all the city’s main roads or to Hyères. Entry is via the sheltered inner courtyard, accessible from the building’s main entrance. Please note: there is no lift; access is via stairs to the 2nd floor. Parking: The property has a secure private car park and spaces reserved for bicycles.
