Welcome! This modern and cosy studio, designed to make you feel at home, is the perfect starting point to explore the city and its attractions. Ideal for couples or solo travellers, this accommodation features a practical open-plan layout. The living area is equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a lovely sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day of discoveries, also including a convenient dining table for two. The elegant kitchenette is functional and ideal for preparing your daily meals. In addition to crockery and basic utensils, it includes a hob, oven, coffee machine and fridge, offering all the equipment needed to make your stay easier. The sleeping area, harmoniously integrated into the space and bathed in excellent natural light thanks to the large windows, ensures a serene atmosphere for a refreshing rest. It is equipped with an inviting double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay!

This property has a self check-in system, and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in is available from 3 PM, subject to availability and confirmation. Once the reservation is confirmed, guests are required to complete a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of 200 EUR for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a cap of 80 EUR. For the first few days, we provide basic amenities: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20 EUR (extra set of keys when available, lost keys or door opening service during the stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen: 30 EUR (Towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Parking: Paid parking available in the area. We recommend parking on Avenida da Republica, parallel to the metro line and less than 100 metres from the accommodation.

Accoglienza molto calorosa, abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole. Molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana e ad altre attività. Il costo del trasporto è molto accessibile a Porto e anc
