Large windows offer calming views of the surrounding greenery, seamlessly connecting to a dining area that comfortably seats six, perfect for shared meals and gatherings. The galley-style kitchen is a culinary delight, equipped with beautiful appliances including a dishwasher and ample counter space for meal preparation. Adjacent is a utility area with a washer, ensuring convenience during extended stays. A small table provides a cozy spot for quick breakfasts or casual snacks. The sleeping quarters comprise three bedrooms, each with a double bed and ample natural light from large windows. The main bathroom features a shower and practical amenities, including a hairdryer, while an additional WC adds extra convenience for guests. The bathroom is stocked with essentials, including fresh towels and toiletries, for your convenience. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
