The property is close to attractions like Miradouro da Portela and Moinho das Lombas, good restaurants and shops, and the Porto Santo Airport is just 5 minutes drive.

Welcome to my home! This property, with 200m2, offers access to a terrace, sea, and mountain view from the balcony: complimentary private parking and complimentary Wifi. The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table. The area features multiple windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. It has access to the backyard with outdoor furniture. During warmer months, you can use the barbecue facilities and eat on the private patio. This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. There are two bedrooms with double beds and another with two single beds that could easily be converted into a double bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort, and all the bedrooms are en-suite and have private bathrooms. Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. A car rental service is available at the vacation home. Porto Santo Beach is just 11 minutes walk away, while Quinta das Palmeiras is 1.9 miles away. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Casa grande come descritta, situata in una zona tranquilla nonostante la vicinanza all'aeroporto. Proprietario reattivo. Lo raccomanderei.
