House located in the centre of Roubaix, on Avenue des Nations Unies. Eurotéléport metro station 8 minutes away. Direct service from Lille Flandres and Lille Europe stations. This house has 11 bedrooms with double beds (max. 22 people); some have en-suite bathrooms, and each has a desk and storage space. The house has two kitchens, two living rooms and a private terrace.

Airbnb limits the number of guests to 16. If you wish to stay with more people (maximum capacity 22), we ask that you pay €15 per person for each person over 16 before your arrival. (For example, if there are 18 of you, you will simply need to add €15 per person per night). Please note: access to the bedrooms and the main living area is via stairs that are sometimes steep and narrow. You will have access to the entire property. Check-in is available 24 hours a day. You can collect and return the keys at any time without the host being present. Please note that the house is suitable for responsible and respectful guests; please ensure you do not hold any parties or make excessive noise (loud music) after 10 pm, as this may disturb the neighbours. The Grand Place in Roubaix (and its metro station) is a 9-minute walk away. The Eurotéléport station and the McArthurGlen shopping centre are 8 minutes away. Roubaix railway station is 17 minutes away, and the swimming pool museum is 13 minutes away. The “Saint Rémi” bus stop is 100 metres away. Free street parking is available.
