This large house is located in a residential area in the heart of Roubaix, rue Philibert Delorme. The house was completely renovated in 2023. It is quiet and very functional, in particular thanks to its 4 bathrooms (one on the ground floor, then 3 shower cubicles in the bedrooms). You can also enjoy a small terrace.

The house is built on two floors and is arranged lengthwise. Ground floor : - Entry lock - Spacious living room with lounge and dining room - Food - Terrace - Laundry area with washing machine and dryer - Bathroom with shower and WC First floor : - A bedroom with double bed and workspace - A bedroom with double bed, shower cubicle, washbasin and work space Second floor : - Two additional bedrooms with double bed, shower cabin, sink and work space in each of them. Professional maid service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here are the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV, Prime Video!
