This 2 bedroom apartment is located in a quiet and residential area of Roubaix, rue de Denain. It is on the first floor (street side) of a building completely renovated in 2023. The accommodation is very practical, functional, and has quality bedding. It is close to the Barbieux Park, the Hospital Center and various schools (ESMOD, etc.). You have access to a private car park.

The apartment is composed as follows: - Entrance leading directly, on the right, to the bathroom with shower and sink - Separate WC on the left in the entrance - Equipped kitchen with dining area - Lounge area with connected TV - A separate bedroom with double bed and work space on the street side - Another separate bedroom with double bed and work space on the courtyard side - A laundry area on the landing with washing machine and dryer The accommodation is very secure since to access it, you have to go through a first garage door then a building door, before finding the apartment door (3 keys are necessary). The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional maid service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via the TV: Molotov TV.
