Welcome to my apartment! This charming 50 m² one-bedroom apartment in Porto is the ideal retreat for couples seeking both comfort and convenience during their stay. Thoughtfully designed with an open-plan layout, the living area features a comfortable sofa and a TV to enjoy your favourite shows. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, such as a stove, oven, microwave, and all essential cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, the apartment also offers a dishwasher to make cleaning up easy, along with a washing machine and ironing equipment to handle your laundry needs. The bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep. A dedicated desk provides a quiet, practical workspace for guests who need to work or study during their stay. The bathroom includes all the essentials, such as fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. BE AWARE THAT THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED ON THE FIRST FLOOR WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Appartamento in pieno centro città, metro nelle vicinanze. 5 minuti a piedi. Punto debole: il rumore della strada e dei vicini.
