Welcome to my studio! This cosy 40m² studio in Porto is the perfect retreat for guests seeking comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay. The property is located on the ground floor. The fully equipped kitchenette comes with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery. The sleeping area features a comfortable queen bed and a dining table. For your convenience, the property includes a dishwasher, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal, a washer, a clothes dryer, and ironing equipment to handle your laundry needs with ease. The modern bathroom is equipped with all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Outside, a lovely terrace provides the perfect space to relax and enjoy the sunlight. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

L'appartamento ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. È ben collegato ed è particolarmente pulito.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno piacevole in questa struttura. Si trova in una buona posizione ed è nel complesso ben attrezzata. Qualche suggerimento per migliorarla: sarebbe utile avere un appendiabi
