Located in a lovely guesthouse, the house has shared facilities such as a common kitchen and terrace. But don't worry, you will have your own private room and bathroom! Fitted with a comfy queen bed, a TV, and a working desk, unwind in the room after a busy day of exploring Porto. The ensuite has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up including a shower, a toilet, and a sink. This home is complete with hotel quality linen, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable! The shared kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook a delicious meal such as an induction cooker, a toaster, and an oven. There's also a shared terrace where you can go to grab some fresh air! Enjoy your stay!

The guests have access to the common kitchen and the common terrace. Those are shared with other guests in our house (max another 4 people). The bedroom and the bathroom are completely private for the guests.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Piuttosto accogliente! I codici funzionano perfettamente, la doccia e il bagno sono proprio fuori dalla stanza. La lavatrice è orribile, non usatela.
