Welcome to my timelessly Parisian 77 m2 flat on the 2nd floor with an elevator in Paris’s 5th arr., just 3 minutes from the Luxembourg Gardens. Completely renovated with a modern chef's kitchen and contemporary bathrooms, its Parisian charm shines through original mouldings, pointe d’hongrie wood floors and a full, South-facing balcony. The flat accommodates five people and has three bedrooms.

Ideally located 3 minutes from the underground on a tiny, quiet street, it offers a peaceful stay close to the famous Latin Quarter and the Luxembourg Gardens. Situated on the 2nd floor with an elevator, this spacious 77 m² apartment is designed to offer both comfort and elegance, making it the perfect place to relax and feel at home. South-facing and bathed in natural light, the living room — furnished with a vintage modern sofa — includes a cosy dining area with a table that seats up to six. From there, you can access the balcony that runs the length of the apartment, pleasantly extending the living space. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a steam oven, a microwave/oven, an 80cm induction hob, a Nespresso machine, a sparkling water machine, and all essential utensils. There are three bedrooms. The Master Bedroom features a queen-size bed (160x200) and a private en-suite bathing area with a sink, bathtub, and shower. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed (which can be split into two twin beds on request) and a desk, which is ideal for working. The third bedroom, with an entire wall of windows overlooking the inner courtyard, has a single mezzanine bed and a dedicated desk area. All beds are made up with hotel-quality linens, and each bedroom offers ample storage space. The main bathroom includes a sink, a large shower, and a wide mirror. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. The toilet is separate for added convenience. The flat is equipped with Wi-Fi and smoke detectors. Professional cleaning services are provided before your stay. Renting this apartment requires a signed lease, constituting a legal obligation to be completed in parallel with your reservation. Please note that the mandatory contract must be signed before check-in. Everything has been designed to make you feel immediately at home in Paris and to ensure that you enjoy your stay to the fullest.

L'appartamento è stato molto bello. Spaziosa e ben attrezzata. Il riscaldamento era facilmente controllabile e adatto a un freddo dicembre durante il nostro soggiorno di 2 mesi. L'addetto al check-in
