A studio apartment with hotel-level comfort and amenities. Just located in the Eiffel Tower district in the heart of Paris.

Welcome! Located in the heart of Paris and perfect for 2; my home has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay in Paris. Comprised of a main living area, kitchen, and bathroom. As you step inside, you will first see the large king-size bed draped with soft linens and a thick duvet. You will also find a small dining table with two chairs by the window -- which can act as a work desk -- and a flat-screen television for you to watch some of the local french dramas. Further inside is the kitchen that has all the necessities needed to cook a satisfying meal. These include an electric hob, microwave, fridge, and crockery. Or if you prefer to make light snacks and hot beverages, a toaster and kettle are available as well. The bathroom has all the basics of a sink, mirror, and toilet with a walk-in shower. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided free of charge for your personal convenience. Enjoy!

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. The residence features thin walls and can occasionally allow some audible disturbance.

Ottima posizione in generale; l'accesso alla metropolitana è un po' lontano se si conta molto sulla metropolitana, ma per il resto è perfettamente accessibile attraverso le linee di autobus, Uber, ecc
