Quiet and bright 20 m² studio on the 7th floor of a 17th-century building (no elevator) in the Sentier neighbourhood, 2nd arrondissement, Paris. It is ideal for solo travellers and couples, and it is near the Louvre and Centre Pompidou. Just a 4-minute walk to metro lines 3, 4, 8, 9, and 10 minutes from major train stations.

Welcome to my studio! The studio is on the 7th and last floor, only accessible by stairs. The door of this 20 m² studio opens into a bright and elegantly decorated space. The studio felt a comfortable double bed (140x200), carefully made with high-quality hotel linens. Large windows let in natural light, brightening the space. A wardrobe and a dresser are at your disposal to store your belongings and make you feel at home. A fan is also available. The dining area offers a table that can seat two guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential appliances and utensils for preparing your meals (stovetop, kettle, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, complete kitchen set, range hood). The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a mirror, a shower, and a toilet. A washing machine is also available for your use. You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. The apartment undergoes professional cleaning between each stay. All that's left to do is enjoy!

La posizione eccellente per visitare la città. L'ambiente pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario per soggiorni brevi Un po' di umidità dal pavimento in tappetino.

Bel posto, posizione fantastica. Vicino a tutto (Louvre/Opera a 15 minuti a piedi) ma anche molto locale, lontano dalle cose turistiche, che è quello che volevamo! Altamente raccomandato!
