It features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and a bathroom. Enjoy the proximity to tourist sites such as the Sacré-Cœur. Available only for a mobility lease (minimum 30 days). Metro Line 12 provides easy access to the capital's historic sites.

Welcome to my place! The entrance to this 45 m² apartment opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space. The living area is furnished with comfortable sofas, one of which converts into a double bed. (Please note, we do not provide linen for the sofa bed.) The dining area features a table that can seat three guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing your meals: an oven, a microwave, a toaster, an espresso machine, a kettle, and a refrigerator. The bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200) with high-quality hotel linens and a television for relaxation. A wardrobe is provided to store your belongings so you can feel at home. The bathroom includes a sink, a large mirror, a shower, and a washing machine. The toilet is separate. You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment undergoes professional cleaning between stays. All that's left is for you to enjoy!

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

Ottimo posto per soggiornare a Parigi. In una strada dove le auto non sono assolutamente ammesse, vi fa sentire rilassati e felici ogni volta che lasciate l'edificio e vi avventurate per Parigi.
