Come and enjoy your stay in this beautiful and charming 50m2 duplex just a stone's throw from Gare de l'Est, located on Rue de Chabrol. It features a large, cosy living room with sofa, a beautiful dining table and a large, modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. Bedrooms have comfortable double beds. The apartment faces the courtyard, making it very quiet and peaceful.

- The large living room features a comfortable sofa and armchair, for quiet evenings in one of Paris's most beautiful neighborhoods. - A beautiful spiral staircase leads up to the bedrooms, which offer a peaceful, quiet setting, each with a double bed and dressing area. - The apartment includes a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your lunches and dinners (hob, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher). - The bathroom adjoining the master bedroom has a shower, washbasin, mirror and washing machine.
