You will be able to enjoy all the bars, restaurants, and quays that make it one of the most dynamic districts of Paris, especially the rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis. Various picturesque passages also line the street, such as the Prado passage, the passage of Industry, the Reilhac passage or the passage of Desire. Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 3rd floor without a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 26m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay! This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa and a dining table for two. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, including an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and coffee machine. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom in the mezzanine has a double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. A fan is also available. We do not recommend this space for kids or people with reduced mobility. The bathroom includes all necessary amenities, including a shower, towels, and complimentary toiletries. A hairdryer is also provided. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!
