This charming 65 m² apartment, located on the ground floor of a secure building, is designed to provide a pleasant and functional stay—whether you're in Paris for business or leisure. The bright and inviting living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a dining area, and a flat-screen TV — ideal for unwinding after a day out in the city. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, and all essential utensils to prepare meals just like at home. The sleeping area includes two cozy bedrooms, each with a double bed and storage space, offering both privacy and tranquility. Two modern bathrooms are available, each equipped with a shower, toilet, hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries — perfect for group stays. For added comfort, the apartment includes high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, bed linens, towels, and a portable AC unit for warmer days. ⚠️ Please note: renovation work is currently taking place in the building, which may cause occasional daytime noise.
