This apartment is located in the center of Marcq-en-Barœul, Place Lisfranc Croisé Laroche. It's modern, quiet and very well appointed. You'll also benefit from a private parking space (maximum dimensions 1m80 wide, 1m80 high). Ideal for a stay with family or friends!

The apartment is located on Place Lisfranc Croisé Laroche on the second floor of a beautiful building in the center of Marcq-en-Barœul, giving you access to the entire unit. Private parking is available with the apartment, but beware of the narrow access. SUVs will not fit, only city cars. Maximum dimensions are 180cm wide by 180cm high. You'll appreciate this apartment for its charm, as well as its pleasantly arranged and decorated living spaces, comprising : - A comfortable living room with dining area - A fully equipped kitchen - Two spacious bedrooms with double beds - One bedroom with single bed - A large bathroom with shower and bath - Separate WC +A cot and high chair are available in the apartment! Please note that the staircase to access the apartment is typical of our pretty Lille buildings: the stairs are narrow, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking. The apartment will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels.
