This apartment is located on Chemin du Château d'Eau, in Marcq-en-Barœul. It is on the first floor of a recent, secure building. It features three balconies (two off the living room and one off the bedroom) and a parking space. You will be about ten minutes from the "Buisson" tram stop. Shops are nearby. Ideal for visiting the region and/or for your business trips.

All linens are provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats, and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner.
