This apartment is located on Chemin du Château d'Eau, in Marcq-en-Barœul. It is on the first floor of a recent, secure building. It features three balconies (two off the living room and one off the bedroom) You will be about ten minutes from the "Buisson" tram stop. Shops are nearby. Ideal for visiting the region and/or for your business trips.

The apartment is composed as follows: - Living room with dining area, lounge area, and two balconies - Separate equipped kitchen - One bedroom with double bed and balcony (the window has a roller shutter) - Bathroom with bathtub and sink - Separate toilet The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional housekeeping service + laundry service for linens. All linens are provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats, and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. The following entertainment options are available via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.
Accesso
You will have access to the entire apartment. 24-hour check-in is possible. You can pick up and drop off keys at any time, even if the host is not present. The "Buisson" tram stop is just over a ten-minute walk from the apartment. The Place Tiers bus station is a five-minute walk away. V'Lille station is 600 meters away (Buisson station). You can use the Ilévia app to get around Lille. A secure underground parking space is included with every reservation.
