This apartment is located Avenue de la République in Marcq-en-Baroeul (3 minutes walk from the Brossolette tram stop). It is on the 1st floor with elevator of a very quiet and secure building. The accommodation is warm, very bright and even has a private indoor parking space. Ideal for visiting Lille and/or for your business trips!

Be careful, access to the parking lot is relatively narrow. The garage door is approximately 2 meters high, and the width of the space itself is 1.90 m. It is necessary to maneuver in order to park. The apartment is composed as follows: - Large living room on the street side, with lounge area and dining room - Kitchen (always on the street side) equipped and functional - Bathroom with a large shower, sink, washing machine and dryer - Two (separate) very quiet bedrooms on the courtyard side - Separate WC with a small sink This accommodation is reserved for calm and respectful travelers. In the event of a problem (excessive noise, clandestine party or other) reported by the neighborhood, we will intervene immediately and shorten the stay without negotiation possible. The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.

You will have access to the entire accommodation, apart from one room which is locked.. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and return the keys at any time without the host being present. The “Brossolette” tram station is a 3-minute walk away. The “Clemenceau Hippodrome” bus stop is 100 meters away Allow 5 minutes by car to reach Lille if traffic is good. V'Lille station at 350 meters (Buisson station) You can use the Ilévia application to easily travel around Lille Metropolis.
