Welcome to my home! This two-story, 86 m2, three-bedroom house in Manchester is perfect for families and friends looking for a comfortable living space. The living room is on the ground floor and features a restful sofa and a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows. The kitchen is also on the ground floor and is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the property has a washer and ironing facilities to meet your laundry needs. You will find the three bedrooms upstairs, offering privacy and a peaceful retreat for a good night's sleep. Two bedrooms feature double beds, while the third boasts a luxurious king-size bed. Each bedroom has a TV, a fireplace, and ample storage space for all your belongings. All the beds have complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom has amenities, including a shower, bathtub, hair dryer, clean towels and complimentary toiletries. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). Please note: Permits are required on match days; check local sporting events; otherwise, street parking is complimentary. Trafford Council operates a pay-to-park facility on match days within the Trafford Village area of Trafford Park close to Old Trafford.
