Welcome to my apartment! Modern and stylish apartment located in the heart of Lavapiés, within walking distance of Madrid’s main attractions and with excellent access to public transport, making it easy to move around the city. The apartment features a modern, minimalist design with a comfortable and well-organized layout. Upon entering, a long hallway leads you through the different areas of the home. The fully equipped kitchen has been carefully designed with elegant tiles and dark green tones, offering a contemporary feel. It includes an electric hob, oven, fridge, coffee maker, and all essential utensils and cutlery. A separate laundry area is also available, with a dishwasher, washing machine, and ironing facilities. The living-dining area offers a table for four, a comfortable sofa, and a SMART TV. Natural light fills the space through a large window with a small balcony, perfect for enjoying Madrid’s great weather. The apartment includes a spacious master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with bunk beds for two guests, and a full bathroom with a shower, towel warmer, and complimentary amenities for the first days of your stay. For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before arrival. Important note: This apartment is available for temporary rental only and not for tourist stays. To complete the reservation, guests must sign a seasonal rental agreement and provide documentation justifying the reason for their stay. Reservations without a signed contract will be canceled without refund. Enjoy your stay!

You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. Not available for tourism purposes. Signing a contract is mandatory We provide the basic amenities for the first use (first days): samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax)"
