Welcome to my apartment! Upon entry, you'll be greeted by a welcoming and bright living room with a comfortable gray sofa, ideal for relaxing while watching the flat-screen TV. A large window fills the space with natural light, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. The modern kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and all necessary utensils, is perfect for preparing your favorite meals. Enjoy dinner in the integrated dining area while sharing stories from the day. It features two bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. It also has a double sofa bed. The beds have bedding included. The apartment has two elegant bathrooms, each with a glass shower and contemporary design. Here you can freshen up after a day of exploring the city. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, subject to availability and confirmation. We provide basic amenities for first use: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products, and garbage bags. Please let us know if you need extra cleaning or bedding/towels; we'll be happy to provide it for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team detects evidence that this rule has been breached — for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc. — we reserve the full right to apply a minimum charge of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for supplies will apply, with a limit of €80. Extra keys: €20 — extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or door opening service during your stay. Extra cleaning with bedding and towels: the corresponding cleaning rate. Additional bedding and towels: €30 — towels and sheets for 2 people, for example, when the sofa bed is not included.
