The open-plan space includes a sofa-bed for two, a large smart TV with streaming options, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave). An iron is provided, and laundry needs are covered with a washer and dryer in the basement. The bathroom has fresh towels and toiletries, and the apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival.

Welcome to my studio! Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely studio is close to the public transport to visit the center of Madrid. This studio is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has an ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The washing machine and the dryer are in the storage of the -1 floor. This studio is equipated with a comfy sofa bed for two adults. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Self check-in with smart lock. You must have a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once guest registration is complete. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra bed linen during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces of the property if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.
