Welcome to my studio with private entrance from the street. Enter directly from the street into a stylish open-plan living space with a sofa and smart TV. The minimalist decor and pendant lighting create a warm ambiance. The kitchen, fully equipped with a stovetop, coffee maker, and toaster, allows for easy meal preparation. The property has a glass dining table for two, ideal for intimate dining experiences, and the washer ensures laundry convenience during your stay. Ascend a few steps to the loft bedroom, where a double bed and storage cabinets offer a cozy retreat. The separate modern bathroom, featuring a shower and elegant hexagonal tiles, provides a refreshing space to start your day. Please note that natural light enters through uncovered windows, but the bedroom area has a small curtain. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund. Enjoy your stay!

You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Eary check-in upon request. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. Not available for tourism purposes. Signing a contract is mandatory We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Lost keys have extra cost. Extra cleaning with linen during stay: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax)
