🏡 An authentic charming apartment Ideally located in one of the most vibrant and central neighborhoods of Lyon, just a few minutes' walk from Place des Terreaux and the Opéra, this 30 m² apartment, carefully decorated, will offer you all the comfort needed for a successful stay. It is located right behind the Opéra, on the 1st floor without an elevator in a typical Lyonnais building. 🌞 A bright living room-kitchen space with a small balcony Once inside, you will enjoy a beautiful functional and cosy space, carefully decorated. The living area consists of a sleeping area with a comfortable 160 × 190 cm bed, separated from the rest by a glass partition, and a living room area with an HD TV and a sofa. Wi-Fi included. There is a dining table for two people in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook your meals from A to Z: everything is provided (microwave, hob, refrigerator, extractor hood, utensils, dishes, etc.). 🚿 Bathroom & toilet A nice bathroom with shower and toilet is at your disposal. Bed linen and towels provided. Soap and shower gel from the sustainable brand "GREENLAB". 🎁 Some welcome products at your disposal A small selection of courtesy items is provided to help you start your stay well: pasta, rice, and basic essentials. A few coffee and tea pods (welcome quantity only). Avoid any noise that may disturb the neighbors, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Energy savings: Close the windows, turn off the lights and heating when leaving the apartment. Keep the apartment in good condition: When you leave, please empty your trash cans, wash your dishes, and leave the apartment tidy.
