We provide hotel quality laundry (bed linen already set up, towels, bath mat, tea towel) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night / first morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo , 1 shower gel, 1 soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton swabs, 1 nail file); 1 edible kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa pods, 3 sugar pods, 2 mini-cookies); 1 maintenance kit for the living room (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet). Included in the cleaning fee.

Someone from the establishment will be waiting for you on site to give you the keys. 3th floor with lift. The whole apartment is for travelers. (Any arrival after midnight will not be accepted. Depending on the availability of our hosts, reception after midnight is possible with a supplement of €20 to be paid on site to the host).

Le chiavi dovevano essere ritirate da un negozio a 850 metri dall'appartamento. E nel bagno non c'erano prodotti per il bagno. L'aspetto positivo è che c'era un grande supermercato proprio accanto.
