Located 600 metres from the Part Dieu train station, this is a dynamic area of the city where you can make the most of a great stay in Lyon. As you enter this cosy little nest, you will discover: An entrance hall with cupboards, wardrobes and shelving. A living room with a dining area with a small table and 2 chairs, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, combined microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, induction hob and everything you need to cook. The sleeping area has a 160x20 double bed, flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi access throughout the flat. There is a bathroom with bath, washbasin with storage, washing machine/dryer and separate WC. Finally, there is a covered balcony with a small outdoor table and 2 chairs. For your convenience, the flat is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel-quality laundry (bed linen already in place, towels, bath mat, tea towel) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night / first morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo, 1 shower gel, 1 bar of soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton buds, 1 nail file); 1 edible kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa pods, 3 sugar pods, 2 mini cookies); 1 cleaning kit for the stay (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet). Included in the cleaning charge.
