The 2nd arrondissement is located at the southern end of the peninsula formed by the Saône and the Rhône. It’s a bit like the heart of Lyon, one of the shopping districts with many pedestrian shops and the largest square in Europe, Place Bellecour with the famous statue of Louis XIV in the center. Part of this district, in the South, has just seen the birth of the famous "Confluence" project, an urban renewal project in the hypercentre of Lyon with brand new housing, offices and shopping centers.

There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as an oven and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals.
