Typical 1952 building in the heart of Place des Célestins. Quiet building and fully renovated 24m² studio under the eaves with the attic room. Warm and intimate, you will have a wonderful stay thanks to its idyllic location. All shops and restaurants nearby.

Bright and quiet 24m² studio. Building with lift to the 4th floor, flat on the 5th floor, accessed via an airlock. It comprises a sleeping area with a 140x200 bed opening onto the living room, dining room and TV lounge area. It includes a fully equipped kitchen area with a refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and microwave, as well as all the necessary cooking utensils. A dining room completes this space. Finally, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The flat is located under the building's roof and attic. For your convenience, the flat is ready for you to move in. We provide hotel quality laundry (bed linen already set up, towels, bath mat, tea towel) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night / first morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 persons (1 shampoo, 1 shower gel, 1 bar of soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton buds, 1 nail file); 1 edible kit for 2 persons (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa pods, 3 sugar pods, 2 mini-cookies); 1 cleaning kit for the stay (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet). Included in the cleaning fee.
