Entirely renovated in 2022, discover this delightful 32m2 studio tastefully decorated, furnished and optimally equipped for the comfort of 4 people maximum. Close to the Part-Dieu business district, take advantage of the air conditioning in summer and the balcony to get some fresh air, overlooking a quiet courtyard. A parking space in the basement completes this service.

The apartment consists of an entrance with storage space, an open kitchen fully equipped, a pleasant living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people, a sleeping area with double bed and desk and a bathroom with shower, washing machine, towel dryer and LED mirror, separate toilet. Access to the balcony from the main room overlooking the courtyard. The studio is equipped with a good wifi connection and central air conditioning. A parking space in the basement of the building is available. For your comfort, the apartment is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel quality laundry (bed linen already set up, towels, bath mat, tea towel) and 3 welcome kits for the first night / first morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo , 1 shower gel, 1 soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton swabs, 1 nail file); 1 yummy kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa pods, 3 sugar pods, 2 mini-cookies); 1 cleaning kit for the apartment (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet). Included in the cleaning fee.

The street is accessible by car and you can find parking spaces. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator and is entirely reserved for travelers. (Any arrival after midnight will not be accepted. Depending on the availability of our hosts, reception after midnight is possible with a supplement of €20 to be paid on site to the host).

Studio estremamente ben posizionato e pulito. Molto tranquillo perché si affaccia sul cortile interno dell'edificio. Ottima accoglienza da parte di Théodore, che si è preso il tempo di spiegarmi tutto
