The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and a Smart TV for your entertainment. The bathroom, located towards the front of the flat, features a sleek free-standing shower for a refreshing start or end to your day. Ideal for couples or solo travellers, this Balham gem combines modern comforts with a prime location for exploring London. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
