Welcome to my apartment! This 3-bedroom apartment in Blackwall London is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The apartment is on the sixth floor and is accessible by elevator. The dining room features minimalist decor and is punctuated by strategically placed touches of colour, whether through small floral arrangements, wall art pieces, a vibrant blue armchair or decorative details. It has a table for 4 people with chairs in captivating tones. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer, a drying rack and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The apartment features two bedrooms with a double bed each and one with a king-size bed, all with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes for all your storage needs. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!


Accesso

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
