Welcome to my apartment! Located in a prime area of Lisbon, this exquisitely furnished apartment boasts a stunning view overlooking the famous Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation. Inside, you'll find an inviting open floor plan. The living room features a spacious sofa, a TV with multiple streaming options for your entertainment, and a dining table that accommodates four guests. The private balcony brings in plenty of natural light, creating an airy atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. For added convenience, a washer and ironing equipment is available for your laundry needs. The apartment boasts four bedrooms, one with a queen bed, another with a double bed, and two with single beds. All beds are adorned with hotel-quality linens, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout your visit. The two bathrooms offer all the essential amenities, clean towels, and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Please note that the building is under maintenance/construction work. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Posizione vicina al centro, fermata dell'autobus a 50 metri, negozio a 200 metri. Appartamento spazioso, attrezzatura vecchia, ma pulita. A parte una scrivania danneggiata e una doccia che scola lenta
