Anjos is a quirky neighbourhood in one of Lisbon's most multicultural quarters: Avenida Almirante Reis. You can expect plenty of 2nd hand clothes stores, quite a few typical "tascas," bakeries, bars and cafés. But it's also very close to one of the most up-and-coming neighbourhoods, Intendente, so you'll be really close to some cool shops, cafés and bars.

This chic and spacious apartment in Anjos will make you feel like a city local!

Located in the quirky neighbourhood of Anjos. My home is perfect for a family or group of 4 wishing to be in central Lisbon. Completely refurbished and fully-equipped with all the amenities to make you feel a local to Lisbon. As you step inside, the first thing you will see is the kitchen and living room. Here, you can cook and chat while enjoy a bit of some local drama playing in the background before making your way to the dining room. There, you will get a great panorama of downtown Lisbon as you sit down and enjoy your meal. The 2 bedrooms come with queen-sized beds lines with hotel quality sheets and linens. You will also find large storage spaces to keep your personal possessions safe, however, the master bedroom comes with a work-desk and windows. Towels are provided as well. The bathroom comes with all the basics of shower, toilet, sink and mirror. Complimentary soap and shampoo are given free of charge for your convenience. We would like to inform you that the ceiling height in the shower area is lower than in the rest of our facility. The maximum ceiling height in this specific area is 1.80 meters (5 feet 11 inches).

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Appartamento delizioso, pulito e padrone di casa molto reattivo. Non abbiamo avuto problemi con i vicini. Per quanto riguarda le istruzioni per ritirare la chiave, il codice comunicato in anticipo era
