Welcome! This cosy and charming apartment, designed to offer maximum comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect base for exploring Lisbon and its attractions. Ideal for couples or solo travellers, this accommodation features a bright open-plan living and kitchen area. The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a lovely round dining table and a TV, making it the perfect space to relax after a day of sightseeing. Fantastic natural light streams through the large balcony window, illuminating the entire room. The kitchen, distinguished by its elegant blue-toned cabinets, is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to the essential crockery and utensils, the kitchen has a kettle, microwave, oven, hob and fridge, and also features a convenient washing machine to help with your daily needs. The single bedroom is harmoniously decorated, offering a peaceful atmosphere to recharge your energy. It features a comfortable double bed, an additional TV and a practical wardrobe with hangers to keep your belongings neatly organised. The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. Access to the property involves flights of stairs and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The space is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to complete a registration form which will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of a minimum of €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80 included. For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door-opening service). Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
