We are in the centre of the downtown, in a historical building that makes us remember Lisbon's old-time charm. Our wonderfully furnished apartment promises the ideal home base for an unforgettable stay in the city. The apartment's central location allows you to explore the beautiful city of Lisbon! The apartment is composed of 1 bedroom for two guests, a living room with a large sofa-bed, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows,wifi, heating and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones. Complete with an equipped kitchen; you will find a fridge, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, basic cookware, coffee maker, and dishwasher for your usage. The home is also complete with hotel-quality linen, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable!

Your check will be arranged with a greeter at the property . Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-ins from midnight to 07:00 have a surcharge of EUR 30. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
