This accommodation is ideally located in the city center of Lille, Place Sébastopol. It is under the roof, on the 4th floor of a small secure building. Paid parking right in front of the building and République Beaux-Arts metro stop 6 minutes walk away. Ideal for visiting the city and/or for your business trips!

Please note that Rue Solférino is currently under construction. This may make access to the accommodation more complicated if you are by car. This may also cause noise pollution during the day. Please also note that this accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility and young children. The apartment is composed as follows: - Living room with open kitchen, lounge area and dining area - A first bedroom with a double bed 160x200 and shower cubicle - A second bedroom with a double bed 160x200 and shower cubicle - Separate toilet at the top of the stairs, after the apartment door Both bedrooms are located on the courtyard side, and therefore very quiet. The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.

République Beaux-Arts metro station is a 6-minute walk away. Lille Flandres train station is a 20-minute walk away. Lille Europe train station is a 25-minute walk away. V'Lille station is right in front of the accommodation (Place Sébastopol station). You can use the Ilévia app to get around Lille. République Beaux-Arts car park is 8 minutes away, €17 for about a day.
