This apartment is located in the heart of Lille, rue de Jemmapes. It is on the fifth floor with elevator of a quiet and secure building. The accommodation is very functional, bright and even has a balcony offering a lovely view of the rooftops of Lille and the Citadel Park. Ideal for visiting Lille and/or for your business trips!

Attention for people with reduced mobility: the elevator stops on the fourth floor and it is then necessary to take a staircase to access the apartment door. The apartment is composed as follows: - Entrance opening onto the equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) as well as the living room & dining room area - Separate WC directly on the right upon entering - A bedroom with double bed - Bathroom with bath-shower, double sink and washing machine - Courtyard side balcony The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.
