Small studio ideally located in the center of Lille. Ideal for your short stays, the apartment overlooks the back of the building. Please note that the accommodation is located in an Appart’Hotel type residence. Sound insulation is limited and the accommodation is located in a busy area. We advise you to bring your earplugs for greater comfort.

The studio is located on Rue Baptiste Monnoyer on the third floor of a typical Lille building, ideal for couples, singles and business travelers. You'll appreciate the comfort of this apartment, with its fully-equipped kitchenette, double bed, modern decor and attractive bathroom with shower. Please note that the staircase to access the apartment is typical of our pretty Lille buildings: the stairs are narrow, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking. For information, renovation work is currently taking place in the building's common areas. This may cause some noise pollution, only during the day and excluding weekends. The apartment will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. The neighborhood is quite lively, so for light sleepers, we advise you to bring your earplugs! Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV, Prime Video!

You will have access to the entire flat. Arrival possible 24 hours a day. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host having to be present. République Beaux Arts metro station is a 3-minute walk away, Lille Flandres station is a 15-minute walk away, Lille Europe station is a 20-minute walk away, République Beaux Arts bus station is a 3-minute walk away, V'Lille station is 1 minutes away (Place richebé). You can use the Ilevia application to get around Lille. Car parks nearby. Parking Effia république beaux arts at 3 min , 17€ for 24h. Sundays are free parking days in the streets.
