Exceptional location for this apartment located rue Pierre Mauroy, 2mn from the Grand Place and the Opera, 5mn walk from Lille Flandres train station. Please note, there are no windows that can be opened in this accommodation.

This apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator) of a typical Lille building. It comprises a pleasant living room with open kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower and WC. The neighborhood is quite lively, so for light sleepers, we advise you to bring your earplugs! The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV, Prime Video! Please note that the staircase to access the apartment is typical of our pretty Lille buildings: the stairs are narrow, so we recommend that people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration. You'll appreciate the property for its facilities and proximity to shops, restaurants and transport in Lille!
