Duplex apartment in a quiet, secure residence just a five-minute walk from the Saint-Maurice Pellevoisin metro station and a city crossroads. Lille's train stations are very close by, so you'll be able to get to the city center and the metropolis quickly.

The apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator) of a private residence. It is a duplex with the following layout: Ground floor : - Open-plan fitted kitchen with bar and chairs - A dining room with seating for up to 4, - A living room with sofa and TV - WC First floor: - First bedroom with 140x200 double bed and dressing room - Bathroom with bath, washbasin and washing machine - A second bedroom with double bed 140X200 and storage space Windows are equipped with roller shutters The apartment is bright and functional, ideal for a stay on the outskirts of Lille.
