The flat has a bright living room with a real double bed (140x200), a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a shower room and its own balcony! It's very pleasant and well laid out, with plenty of storage space, perfect for a couple, business travellers or friends! The flat has been carefully prepared to welcome you Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV, Prime Video! The neighbourhood is quite lively, so if you're a light sleeper, we advise you to bring your earplugs!

République Beaux Arts metro station is an 10-minute walk away, Lille Flandres station is a 15-minute walk away, Lille Europe station is a 20-minute walk away, Bus station : JB Lebas (ligne 14) V'Lille station is 2 minutes away (Jean-Baptiste Lebas or Place Philippe Lebon). You can use the Ilevia application to get around Lille. Car parks nearby. Lille Moulins - Porte Valenciennes car park 10 minutes' walk away, €10 for 24 hours. Parking Effia république beaux arts at 5 min , 24€ for 24h. Sundays are free parking days in the streets.
