For your information, the accommodation was completely renovated in April 2025! Comfortable, fully-equipped studio located in a quiet street between central Lille and Wazemmes, a pleasant part of Lille's lifestyle. We're 5 minutes from the metro, 10 minutes from the Grand Place and 15 minutes from the train stations, ideal for getting around quickly and visiting Lille.

This apartment is located rue Ducourouble on the second floor of a secure building without elevator. It comprises : - a 160X200 double bed with large wardrobe - sofa with coffee table and TV - a small, fully-equipped kitchen - bathroom with shower and WC The windows are fitted with blackout curtains. The apartment will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for breakfast and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV, Prime Video!

You will have access to the entire flat. Arrival possible 24 hours a day. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host having to be present. Wazemmes metro station is a 7-minute walk away, Lille Flandres station is 3 metro stops away (Line 1). Lille Europe station is 15 minutes away by metro, V'Lille station 1 min away (Barthelemy Delespaul station). You can use the Ilevia application to get around Lille. Car parks nearby. Parking république at 12 min walk, 16€ for 24h. Free parking on Sundays in the streets
