The house is located in Sainghin en Melantois, and is accessed via the ground floor, giving you access to the entire property. Parking spaces in the secure courtyard inside the house. Please note that the swimming pool is currently closed. It is composed as follows: Ground floor: - Entrance hall with mantle door and WC - A large living room with TV and video projector - A small living room with table and chairs - A large dining room opening onto the kitchen with high chairs - A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and gas hob - Bedroom 1 on ground floor: A master suite with double bed 160x200 and bathroom (shower + bath) Upstairs: - Bedroom 2: double bed 140X200 - Bedroom 3(communicating with room 2) : double bed 140X200 - Bedroom 4: a double bed 160x200 and a single bed - Bedroom 5: one double bed 160x200, one double bed 140X200 and one single bed - A second bathroom with large bathtub and sanitary WC It has been carefully prepared to welcome you! Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for breakfast and dinner. This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
